By accessing and using 247Ease software and services provided by SharpLite Systems LLP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. License and Usage
Upon purchasing a license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the 247Ease software according to the plan purchased. The license is valid for the specified number of websites and usage limits as per your subscription.
- Free Plan: Limited to 1 website and 50 AI chats/month
- Paid Plans: Usage limits as specified in the purchased plan
- License is non-transferable between organizations
3. Payment and Billing
All payments are processed securely through our authorized third-party payment service providers. By making a purchase, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete payment information
- Pay all applicable fees and taxes
- Automatic renewal for subscription plans unless cancelled
- Comply with the terms and conditions of our payment providers
You acknowledge that payment transactions are governed by the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the respective payment service provider. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your use of payment services, except as required by applicable law.
4. Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis:
- New Subscriptions: 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
- Failed Payments: Automatic refund for duplicate charges or incorrect amounts
- Partial Months: No refunds for partial months
- Custom Integrations: Development fees are non-refundable once work begins
To request a refund, contact support@247ease.com with your account details and reason for refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, logos, and content provided by SharpLite Systems LLP are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Reverse engineer or decompile the software
- Distribute or resell the software
- Remove any copyright notices or branding
- Use our trademarks without written permission
6. Support and Maintenance
Support services vary by plan:
- Free users: Documentation and community support
- Paid users: Email support as per plan terms
- Priority Support: Available on Business plan
- No guaranteed response time for free users
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining secure passwords
- Regular data backups
- Securing your own systems and websites
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
SharpLite Systems LLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
By Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the software will cease immediately.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods upon termination.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
